In this role, you will help shape the 24/7 Ops Control product, supporting airline operations from preplanning to day-of-operation. As the company transitions to a SaaS model, you will drive standardization, innovation, and customer value worldwide.

Prioritize the team’s backlog for a scalable, high-value product
Collaborate with the Product Manager to deliver top-tier airline solutions
Foster innovation and experimentation within the development team
Engage with stakeholders to balance business and technical needs

What You Bring:

Excellent communication & leadership skills
Experience working with stakeholders in agile environments
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Preferred:
7+ years in a similar role with leadership experience
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
Experience in airline operations & Ops Control Centers
