Role Summary:

The Product Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing products and services within the Shopping Mall ecosystem to meet the customer needs and business objectives. Working at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, innovation and business acumen to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management:

· Collaborate with cross functional team to align Product initiatives with business goals

· Serve as the Product ambassador and provide consistent communication regarding all Products.

Product Strategy & Development:

· Define and execute complex Product strategies within Shopping Malls Roadmap via full Product Lifecycle Management from ideation to launch and iteration, including Definition, Business case and budgeting, Discovery and Delivery; Market Research Documentation, Squad creation, Business cases and Business approvals, Business Requirement documentation and Product Requirement documentation, cross functional alignments for all inputs (including CX, UX/UI, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Security, Finance, Data and Analytics, Technical Teams etc) to build and launch products.

•Customer Experience & Engagement:

Develop and optimize Products that enhance traffic, consumer retention, and dwell time within Malls, including Digital assets, loyalty programs, and interactive experiences.

• Technology & Innovation:

· Manage digital transformation Projects

· Work with Technology Partners (Internal and External), developers and UX/UI designers to enhance digital platforms.

• Performance Reporting & Operational Efficiency:

• Provide day-to-day support of newer systems/processes and gather feedback from stakeholders Shopping Malls Customer Service, and end-users.

• Knowledge of Agile methodology.


Requirement :

• Graduate in Business or Technology industry

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Analytical and Conceptual thinking

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups, developers, business owners, and senior business leaders.
