Requirements:

1. Bachelors or Masters in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
2. UX/UI certifications (Google UX, Nielsen Norman Group, UX Design Institute) are a plus.
3. 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS, tech, or digital agencies.
4. Proven experience in designing high-impact user experiences for web and mobile.
5. Expertise in UI/UX design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
6. Strong wireframing and prototyping skills (Balsamiq, InVision, Axure, etc.).
7. Deep understanding of UCD, IxD, and HCI principles.
8. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for collaboration with developers.
9. Experience in accessibility (WCAG 2.1), responsive design, and mobile-first development.
10. Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
11. Ability to mentor and lead junior designers, fostering innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead UX research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to identify pain points and needs.
2. Develop user personas, journey maps, and interaction models for better user understanding.
3. Ensure accessibility and inclusivity (WCAG 2.1) in all designs.
4. Design visually compelling and conversion-optimized UIs for web and mobile.
5. Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
6. Maintain design systems and UI component libraries for scalability.
7. Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation.
8. Mentor junior designers and foster design excellence.
9. Work with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams to align design with business goals.
10. Conduct A/B testing, heatmap analysis, and UX audits to optimize engagement and conversions.
11. Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and industry trends.
12. Stay updated on UI/UX trends and emerging technologies.
13. Work at company premises or client locations as needed.
