Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Insurance, Finance, or a related discipline.
Skills:
Proficiency in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus).
Experience:
2-3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
Experience working in the UAE market, with knowledge of local regulations.
Preferred: Background in insurance companies and complaint handling.
