Open Position: Sales Executive
For our client in Dubai, we are currently searching for an experienced Sales Executive. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Financial Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute effective sales strategies tailored to the UAE market to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand customer needs, and stay informed about competitors.
Prospecting: Engage in proactive prospecting through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and professional gatherings to expand the company's network and identify new business opportunities.
Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize client value and company revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS, tech, or fintech sectors.
B2B Sales: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with experience managing the full sales cycle and closing deals.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the UAE business environment and an understanding of its unique challenges.
Sales Techniques: Proficiency in prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales automation platforms to manage client relationships and sales processes.
Communication Skills: Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive and innovative approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Results-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to business growth.
