💼 Experience: 2-3 years in UAE banking, specializing in personal loans

🗣️ Languages: Arabic (Mandatory) & English

✨ Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and mentor a team of personal loan sales officers

✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve team targets

✅ Drive new customer acquisition and build strong client relationships

✅ Monitor individual and team performance to ensure target achievement

✅ Ensure compliance with banking regulations & KYC policies

✅ Provide training, coaching, and continuous motivation to the sales team

🔹 Requirements:

✔️ 2-3 years of UAE banking experience in personal loan sales

✔️ Leadership experience with a proven track record in managing a sales team

✔️ Strong knowledge of UAE banking products & personal loan services

✔️ Fluency in Arabic (Mandatory) and English

✔️ Excellent sales, negotiation, and team management skills
