Key Responsibilities:
Actively source and acquire new clients, including real estate agents, builders, and individual borrowers.
Understand client needs and provide tailored mortgage solutions.
Guide clients through the mortgage application process, from initial consultation to loan closing.
Process loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze the creditworthiness and risk profiles of borrowers.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Mentor and coach junior team members
💼 Requirements:
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in mortgage origination in UAE ( Mandatory).
In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements
