Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee and manage the Health, Safety, and Environmental strategies across multiple sites.

-Develop, implement, and review safety policies and procedures.

-Lead the investigation of workplace accidents, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

-Monitor compliance with all local and international HSE regulations.

-Conduct regular risk assessments and audits.

-Train and guide HSE teams, ensuring their continuous development.

-Ensure safe practices are embedded across operations to maintain a proactive safety culture.

Required Experience & Skills:

-Minimum of 10+ years of experience in HSE, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity within the textile industry.

-Strong knowledge of textile-specific HSE standards, processes, and regulations.

-Proven track record of driving safety performance improvements.

-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

-Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH (National Examination Board in -Occupational Safety and Health), IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) certifications, or other equivalent qualifications.

-Relevant degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields.
