Job Description:

We are seeking highly experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executives with a proven track record in Commercial interior sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the high-end Commercial sector and the ability to drive annual sales of AED 10 - 15 million.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales of luxury Commercial interior projects, targeting high-net-worth clients, developers, and designers.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and private clients.
3. Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets of AED 10 - 15 million annually.
5. Conduct client meetings, present proposals, and close high-value deals.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
7. Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales within the Commercial interiors or luxury home design industry.
2. Strong portfolio of successfully closed high-end interior sales deals.
3. Ability to bring in and manage large-scale Commercial interior projects.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
5. A strong network of high-net-worth individuals, real estate developers, and interior designers.
6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
