Job Description:
To ensure appropriate strategies are in placed based on regular and accurate assessment of credit card sales onboarding, portfolio reviews, retention quality checks, onboarding quality checks, customer feedback.
The job involves maintaining a healthy quality portfolio for the different portfolios under PBG by ensuring that the business onboards right profile customers.
Qualification:
- Degree in accounting, finance, economics, and business management.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) are a plus.
Experience:
At least 5-7 years of experience in risk management, with a strong focus on identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks in UAE.
Job Description:
- Manage the customer on-boarding process and ensure new customer on-boarding is as per Bank guidelines and banks internal processes.
- This will entail conducting QA on NTB onboarding and cross sell including onboarding facilitated by 3rd party vendors.
- Validate that all onboarding process regularly mee Banks Code of Conduct and ethical sales practices
- Regularly review and update QA checklist to reflect current regulations and best practices.
- Conduct site visits of Third Party Vendor sites to ensure compliance with our code of conduct requirements.
