ServiceNow Architect (10+ Years Experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 10+ years of IT experience and extensive expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, and custom application development. The role involves defining ServiceNow best practices, leading development teams, driving enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Solution Design:
Define and implement ServiceNow platform architecture, design principles, and best practices.
Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance ServiceNow solutions.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and IT strategy.
Establish governance models for platform usage and development.
ServiceNow Implementation & Development:
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.).
Define and enforce coding standards, performance optimizations, and security best practices.
Lead custom application development within the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and enhance ServiceNow workflows, scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
Integration & Automation:
Architect and develop API-based integrations with external systems (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, etc.).
Utilize REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub for seamless connectivity.
Enable automation using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and RPA.
Platform Governance & Security:
Implement role-based access control (RBAC), ACLs, and security best practices.
Ensure compliance with ITIL, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulatory frameworks.
Establish performance monitoring and optimization strategies for platform efficiency.
Stakeholder Management & Leadership:
Collaborate with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps.
Guide and mentor ServiceNow developers, admins, and business analysts.
Lead ServiceNow upgrade planning, impact assessments, and change management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
✅ 10+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years in ServiceNow architecture & development.
✅ Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB.
✅ Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Orchestration, and scripting.
✅ Experience with Service Portal, UI/UX design, and custom applications.
✅ In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and security policies.
✅ Strong integration experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, and third-party tools.
✅ Deep understanding of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps practices.
