This role will report to the Director & COO Commercial. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the business unit, with a strong focus on sales growth, market expansion, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the national sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless alignment with business strategies.
Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and market penetration.
Oversee nationwide sales operations and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Strategically allocate resources, including budgeting and workforce planning, to meet both medium and long-term objectives.
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify gaps and implement data-driven solutions.
Utilize market intelligence to refine sales and marketing strategies, cultivating customer relationships for sustained growth.
Drive the execution of sales and marketing initiatives, motivating the field force to achieve superior results.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to align product offerings with market demand and customer needs.
Establish strong relationships with key healthcare providers, doctors, and specialists.
Provide leadership by coaching and developing the sales team, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the COO as per business requirements.
Job Specifications
Qualifications: Minimum Master’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences (BSc/Pharm D/MSc/MBA in Marketing or related fields).
Experience: 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in sales and marketing at the national level (preferably in Orthopedic/Gynecology).
