Bachelor’s in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
6–10 years of experience in analytics, loyalty programs; at least 3 years in a data-heavy loyalty role.
Proficiency in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau), and Excel;
Experience managing or integrating loyalty platforms or CRM systems.
Familiarity with fraud prevention frameworks and compliance protocols in data and loyalty management.
