Working hours: from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and implement change initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee performance and set goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Identify training and development needs for employees.
- Manage the compensation and benefits program, including salary administration, bonus plans, and benefits enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in Human Resources in the Food and Beverage or FMCG Field.
