Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager with a strong background in managing end-to-end technology project lifecycles across enterprise environments. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex IT initiatives, demands, projects and programs that align with organizational strategy, ensuring seamless integration of business objectives and technical execution. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in waterfall and Agile delivery, stake holder engagement, vendor coordination, and cross-functional team leadership. A solid understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems including infrastructure, application development, cloud technologies, and service management is essential to ensure timely and successful delivery of scalable and high-quality solutions.

Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in the Information Technology sector, with at least 5 years in delivery or project management roles.

- In-depth knowledge of project and program management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum, SAFe), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Zoho Projects, MS Project, Azure DevOps, ManageEngine

- Proven track record of leading end-to-end IT project delivery across multiple technology domains, such as application development, infrastructure, ERP, cloud, or digital platforms
