Lead and execute HR initiatives that foster an employee-oriented, high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, goal attainment, and continuous development.

End-to-end talent acquisition & management

Statutory compliance & government liaison

HR analytics & reporting
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM or Graduation in any discipline
Driving license with own vehicle
10-14 years experience in service industry (5+ years in independent role and UAE Experience mandatory)
Automotive sector experience preferred
Arabic language skills a plus!
Proficient with MS Office & HR technologies
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
