Key Responsibilities:
-Support program governance and ensure adherence to project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
-Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
-Maintain and update project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), change requests, and action items.
-Prepare high-quality dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and steering committees.
-Assist in resource planning, budget tracking, and vendor management.
-Monitor project timelines and escalate risks or delays to the Program Manager.
-Ensure documentation is maintained to support audits, compliance, and knowledge management.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, IT, Change Management, and third-party vendors.
-Support phases of ERP implementation including planning, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
-3+ years of experience in a hashtag
PMO or Project Analyst role within large IT or ERP implementations.
-Experience working on SAP projects (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) is highly desirable.
-Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
-Familiarity with project tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, ASAP).
Basic knowledge of SAP modules like FI/CO, MM, SD, or HCM is a plus.
