Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage the section’s human, financial, and technical resources to meet strategic goals.
Analyze operational performance and implement improvements where needed.
Develop operational plans, prepare annual budgets, and ensure compliance with management directives.
Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and ensure timely achievement of objectives.
Drive adoption of best practices and benchmarking strategies to improve performance.
Lead and support administrative and financial activities in line with delegated authority.
Supervise and evaluate unit heads, provide continuous support, and monitor their progress.
