Key Requirements:
1. 8+ years in ServiceNow implementations, 4+ years in ITSM
2. Experience with large-scale ITSM deployments
3. Strong skills in technical architecture, CMDB, scripting, integrations, and Service Portal customization
4. Proven ability in data migration, SLA/OLA configurations, and performance analytics reporting
Certifications:
1. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
2. Certified Application Developer
3. ITSM Implementation Specialist
4. (Nice to have) Technical Architect / Master Architect
