Business Development Executive with a background in hotel and event management to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client interaction, acquisition, promotion of offers and loyalty programs, and driving revenue through proactive sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
Manage client relationships and provide excellent post-sale service.
Communicate current promotions, packages, and loyalty programs effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of sales, Marketing /business development experience in the UAE, preferably in the hotel or event management industry.
Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Tagalog or Sinhala is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
