Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) plan focused on employee skilling and upskilling
Identify training needs through consultations with management and employees
Design training manuals, content, and materials for internal learning programs
Evaluate and implement third-party training tools and resources
Deliver engaging training sessions through various formats, including lectures, videos, and interactive exercises
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements
Stay updated with the latest trends in L&D and apply relevant innovations
Manage administrative aspects of the training program such as scheduling, budgeting, and employee enrollment
