We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to lead the design, integration, and optimization of a robust bullion trading system. You’ll collaborate with traders, treasury, compliance, and technology teams to enhance trading workflows, automate processes, and ensure regulatory alignment.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements from trading and treasury stakeholders

- Define trading workflows, pricing logic, and settlement processes

- Drive system integrations with market data, liquidity providers, and exchanges

- Collaborate on risk management and regulatory compliance frameworks

- Develop dashboards and reports for P&L, reconciliation, and market analysis

- Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and bullion market participants

What You Bring

- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in bullion/ commodities trading or treasury

- Strong grasp of precious metals markets, pricing, and trading strategies

- Knowledge of FX hedging, liquidity management, and settlement processes

- Experience with trading platforms, APIs, and treasury systems

- Familiar with AML/ KYC, exchange compliance, and regulatory reporting

- Skilled in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio SQL

- Certifications (CBAP, CFA, FRM, CTP) are a strong plus

Bonus Points For

- Experience with digital gold platforms, tokenized commodities, or blockchain-based trading

- Background in bullion banks, precious metal exchanges, or fintech trading platforms

- Exposure to algorithmic trading or quantitative modeling
