Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Executive to provide technical support to onsite and remote users within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues, managing user accounts and devices, and maintaining overall IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely technical support to all onsite and remote users via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
· Systems
· MS Office Suite
· Windows & Mac OS
· Network devices
· Mobile phones
· Other business applications
Administer and manage:
· Active Directory Users and Computers
· Group Policies
· MS Exchange Admin Center
· Office 365 Admin Center
Monitor and maintain:
· Network Firewalls
· VPN connectivity
· Antivirus systems
· Email security tools
Facilitate hardware/software provisioning and deprovisioning, including setup for new hires and recovery from departing employees.
Maintain accurate documentation for:
· All incidents and support tickets
· Event logs
· User issues
· Resolutions and troubleshooting steps
Support hardware repairs, upgrades, and software reinstallation as necessary to resolve end-user incidents.
Ensure data backup (both cloud-based and on-premises) and system security, maintaining 24x7 data and system availability.
Assist with off-site technical support for company events, meetings, and firm-sponsored functions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a similar IT Support role.
Strong knowledge of:
· Windows and Mac OS platforms
· Microsoft Office Suite and 365 Administration
· Active Directory and Exchange Administration
· Basic networking concepts, VPN, and firewall management
Familiarity with antivirus solutions and email security platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
Flexible to support off-site and after-hours requirements as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), MCSA, or equivalent.
Experience supporting a hybrid workforce (onsite & remote users).
