What You’ll Do:
Improve administrative workflows and supervise office staff
Oversee maintenance (AC, lighting, signage, etc.)
Manage vendors, safety compliance, and inspections
Track assets, handle repairs, and run regular audits
Coordinate insurance and ensure proper coverage
What You Bring:
2–3 years of relevant experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of facility operations and asset management
Bachelor's degree
