Key Role:
To develop and design strategies and plans for the global mobility operations and ensure continuous improvement in the delivery of services and achievement of set department objectives
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the End to end Global Mobility Process and acting as a single point of contact of operations issues for the International Assignments Globally.
Developing Business Plans: Creating strategies and plans to guide the global mobility business operations to ensure plans remain current and valid
Perform business process analysis/business impact analysis (BPA/BIA), risk assessments of essential functions and/or information systems in accordance with federal directives and industry best practices
Financial Modeling: Developing financial models to assess programs and support mobility cases including analysis of performance data, highlighting key findings
Cost Management: advising on cost related issues and proposing more efficient options
Foster and strengthen working relationship with Talent Management and HRBP to ensure harmonious work environment and support to each other in order to achieve common objectives for assignees.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 8 years experience in Global Mobility
Experience of supervising a small team of admin support
