Job Summary:
Assist in requirement gathering for the development of LPM system
Assist in the data cleansing activity of the facilities to be fed in the LPM system.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality, accuracy and reliability of the developed systems and modules and timely reporting of defects.
A good understanding of the credit analysis is mandatory to assume a “maker” role in LPM system to create and test the Covenant Trackers:
Review facility documents (example LMA) and check the terms of the facility for IB clients (Corporates, GREs, SWF, FIs).
Review the various waivers and amendment requests received from the Agent or the Borrowers/ Coverage Team.
Highlight any early warning signals from the latest financials, covenant compliance certificate and any other sources of news.
Assist LPM team to seek necessary information while conducting the annual review of the facility.
Conducting periodic review of document deficiency including any security/collateral held in LPM portfolio.
