Responsibilities
1. Achieving the Business Revenue Target- overall quantity and value for TVs with KPI achievement of segment wise targets
2. Regular and timely visits to the Retailers in their HO and also at the store level for developing cordial relationship with main Buyers / Store Managers/ HOD etc.
3. Regular discussion and follow up with Channel for the order planning/ forecast and follow up to get the orders and timely execution
4. Managing Retailers for all the promo events as per their promo calendar which is including but not limited to managing promo pricing, promo event booklet/leaflet participation, promo event marketing activities finalization, ensuring timely implementation of promo offers
5. Manage, supervise and monitor the team of assigned Sales Promoters for their sales performance on weekly basis
6. Monitor and identify the opportunities for increasing the brand visibility in Channel.
7. Observe market trends and provide timely feedback to the superiors for the same
8. Coordinate with the Channel partners to facilitate the business smoothly by supervising, monitoring and reviewing their performance from time to time.
Seamless collaboration with all sales peers, back- office staff, marketing colleagues, other colleagues and management to ensure that you are conducting all activities to boost the business in the given Channel.
Required Background:
• 7+ years of experience in UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Strong communication skills.
