We are urgently looking for a Data Protection & Privacy Manager to join a leading organization in the banking sector.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to help mature and manage our data protection and privacy framework. This role is critical in ensuring ongoing compliance with local and international data protection laws while safeguarding sensitive customer and corporate data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design & implement data protection and privacy frameworks

- Develop and drive privacy strategies and policies

- Monitor compliance with GDPR, UAE Data Law, and other applicable regulations

- Conduct training and awareness programs across the organization

- Lead privacy incident management, reporting, and mitigation processes.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Privacy, Information Security, or related domains

- In-depth knowledge of GDPR, UAE Data Law, and global data protection regulations

- Proven experience in reviewing and drafting data processing agreements

- Relevant certifications are highly desirable
