Successful Applicants will be having;

· To be familiar with all equipment’s in plants, maintain all maintenance equipment’s.

· Carrying out planned maintenance programmes on a wide range of equipment.

· Responsible for maintenance for all rotating and static equipment.

· Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement Mechanical Integrity work, troubleshooting, repair for all equipment.

· Knowledge of the construction and maintenance of large and complex rotating equipment.

· Identify Mechanical critical equipment and critical spare parts for the facility.

· Repair and overhaul production lines and machines.

· Familiarization with Equipment Alignment methods.

· Assist Maintenance Lead in maintaining equipment manuals.

· Exemplify ownership of plant and equipment regarding housekeeping and reliability respectively.

· Diagnosing and rectifying faults to enhance maximum availability.

· Follow safety / environmental rules and regulations.

· Maintain a complete log of time, material, and procedures and other information needed.

· Disassembles, assembles, observes, repairs, tests, collects data and prepares reports on equipment, as tasks related to maintenance.

· Installs, removes, inspects and repairs mechanical spare parts like bearings, seals on typical mechanical equipment.

Requires Associate’s Degree in “Mechanical Engineering”

· Must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience in same scope.

· Must be currently in UAE.

· Must have a Manufacturing background like corrugation, printing and packaging industry etc.
