Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration (Aviation / Marine / Logistics qualifications)
- 5-6 years of experience, including expertise in Logistics Operation/ Logistics Transportation management
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing Logistics service contracts for all Artificial Islands and related agreements
- Planning, supervising, and monitoring activities of assigned staff members and Service Level Agreements with Business Units and external parties
- Ensuring compliance of marine fleet and operational procedures with ADNOC Offshore standards
- Providing guidance for marine operations on Artificial Islands during emergencies and investigations
- Coordinating Logistics support for the Artificial Islands in collaboration with other units and projects
- Supervising the UZ-750 contract for Logistics Services and Waste Management
- Setting and achieving performance targets (KPIs) by implementing initiatives to enhance operations
- Developing a service contracting strategy for the movement of personnel and materials within the field
- Managing in-field Transportation Services and optimizing various logistical services for ADNOC-Offshore and other entities
