Job Responsibilities :
- Acting on behalf of the Center Manager during their absence.
- Managing daily operations and activities of the center, ensuring their execution aligns with established procedures and evidence-based practices.
- Implementing and enforcing government excellence service standards and the Star Rating System.
- Supervising employees and all departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Enhancing staff awareness and development within the center.
- Monitoring performance indicators for operational services.
- Executing corrective action plans for errors and deviations.
- Following up on the implementation of employee performance plans.
- Supervising front-line service delivery and ensuring high service quality.
- Managing complaints and customer requests in coordination with the Service Management Department.
- Performing any additional tasks assigned by the Center Manager.
Years of Experience Required:
Minimum of 8 years of experience, or:
6 years with a Bachelor's degree
4 years with a Master's degree
Or 2 years with a PhD
