• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, etc.).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud for CRM analytics, lead performance monitoring, and dashboard reporting.
• Strong knowledge of CRM lifecycle strategies and campaign implementation best practices.
• Proficient in data analysis and campaign reporting, with a clear understanding of CRM KPIs (OR, CTR, CVR, churn, LTV, etc.).
• Experience working with Data Cloud/CDP tools to understand user profiles and create personalized experiences.
• Hands-on experience in HTML/CSS for email design and development.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and analytical mindset.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator) are a plus.
