This role is responsible for staffing, scheduling, and resource planning across the Technology and Digital departments, focused on third-party contractual staff. This role ensures alignment between workforce capacity and delivery goals, working closely with stakeholders across HR, Procurement, PMO, and Finance to forecast demand, manage data, and optimize resource utilization.
Qualification:
• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years in workforce management, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition.
• Experience in regulated or financial services industries is a plus.
• Financial oversight and planning experience preferred
• Preferred certifications: ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, COBIT, Agile (Desirable).
Responsibility:
• Ensure providing right talent at the right level and right time as needed by delivery teams per their request and in accordance with agreed SLAs with vendors
• Analyze staffing based on supply and demand for successful delivery of products and services provided by Group IT
• Determine staffing level and creation of teams based on demand / delivery timeline
• Assess, simulate and act upon the impact and effect of forecasted volume, planned vs Actual
• Generate regular reports and dashboards for leadership to drive decision-making
