Job Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Video Generator Specialist to create high-quality video content using AI-driven tools and platforms. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with creative vision to produce engaging, data-driven, or narrative video content for marketing, training, social media, or product storytelling.

Key Accountabilities:

• Utilize AI video generation tools to create visually compelling content based on scripts, prompts, or datasets.

• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketers to translate ideas into engaging AI-generated videos.

• Optimize AI video outputs through editing, prompt tuning, and post-processing (sound, transitions, branding).

• Stay updated on the latest AI tools and trends in video generation and implement best practices.

• Troubleshoot and refine AI-generated outputs for accuracy, tone, pacing, and visual quality.

• Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and project objectives.

• Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently

Qualifications:

• Proven experience using AI video tools (e.g., Sora, Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, etc.).

• Strong understanding of video production principles, storytelling, and editing.

• Proficiency in prompt engineering and basic scripting for AI-driven outputs.

• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve) is a plus.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
