Advanced excel skills (pivots, macro’s, v-lookups)
Proven work experience as a Finance and Resource Manager or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Provide accurate weekly reports on the capex/ opex expenditure, offer insights on areas to improve and increase efficiencies, reconcile Invoicing issues and work closely with the finance and admin department to ensure all accounts are up to date and categorised.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Basic understanding of collection practices
Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills
Ability to act with discretion, tact, and professionalism in all situations
Relevant training and/or certifications as an Invoicing Manager
