Dr. Scent is seeking a skilled Inventory Controller with relevant warehouse and inventory management experience.

Location: Sharjah / Dubai

Position: Inventory Controller

Salary: 3,500 AED – 4,500 AED + Company Visa + Medical Insurance

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in the UAE

Nationality: Filipino only

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels within the warehouse, salespersons’ cars, and kiosks.

• Perform regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings to management.

• Update inventory management systems with data from incoming shipments, transfers, and adjustments.

• Coordinate with receiving and shipping departments to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Assist with space optimization and organization of stock to improve efficiency.

• Generate inventory reports and KPIs as required by management.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling procedures.

• Support warehouse staff with locating and picking inventory for orders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field in the UAE.

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow schedules and work independently.

• Proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office.

• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

• UAE driving license is an advantage.
