Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Administrator in construction, transport, facility, or large project sectors.
- Proven track record in managing large workforce operations (500+ employees).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Capability to work autonomously and oversee site administrative functions efficiently.
