IRISSTAR Technologies is seeking highly experienced Data Tech Leads to drive our Customer 360 initiative. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in data engineering, analytics, and platform management who can deliver scalable and impactful data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and maintain scalable data ingestion pipelines

Transform and enrich customer data for analytics, segmentation, and reporting

2. Build and manage dashboards & visualizations (Tableau or similar BI tools)

3. Troubleshoot and resolve daily batch process issues

4. Optimize Amazon Redshift performance (schema design, tuning, query optimization)

5. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver robust solutions

6. Implement data governance, validation, and quality frameworks Mentor and guide junior engineers/analysts

Core Technical Expertise Required:

1. Amazon Redshift (schema design, performance tuning, Spectrum, ETL/ELT)

2. Advanced SQL (window functions, optimization, stored procedures) AWS Services (S3, Lambda, Glue, EMR, IAM, CloudWatch)

Good to Have:

1. Tableau (or other BI tools)

2. Apache Spark (PySpark/ Scala, Spark SQL, performance tuning)

3. Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery)

4. Strong understanding of data lake vs data warehouse principles
