Are you a visionary Interior Designer with a flair for residential plot design and a passion for storytelling through creative concepts?

We’re on the lookout for a Lead Interior Designer to take charge of innovative residential development projects. You’ll lead a team of interior designers, 3D visualizers, and CAD operators, while coordinating with clients, subconsultants, and internal teams to deliver exceptional design solutions from concept to IFC.

Key Qualifications:

12+ years of experience, including team leadership

Strong portfolio in residential developments

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite

Expertise in FF&E selection, finish specification & full design lifecycle

Excellent client communication & coordination with MEP/Architectural consultants

A knack for concept storytelling & design presentation
