We're on the hunt for a talented F&B Cost Controller to join our growing team in Musaffa, Abu Dhabi.

Here's what you'll do:

1. Manage and control food and beverage costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.

2. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to management.

3. Monitor inventory, conduct regular stocktakes, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

4. Utilize your expertise in SAP B1 to streamline financial processes and reporting.

5. Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to optimize menu pricing and procurement.

What we're looking for:

1. A background in both the Hospitality / FMCG or Retail industries.

2. Proven experience as a Cost Controller, preferably in a similar role.

3. Strong knowledge of SAP B1 is a must.

4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
