Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end EPM implementation projects (requirement gathering, process blueprinting, configuration, UAT, and Go-Live).
- Integrate EPM applications with ERP systems such as - Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, or similar.
- Design and configure financial rules, hierarchies, dashboards, and reports for management and statutory reporting.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and deliver high-quality functional documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM products: ARCS, FCCS, EPBCS, EPRCS, EDMCS, TRCS, HFM.
- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Essbase, Smart View, and Data Management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
- Experience working in cross-functional, multi-location, and multicultural environments.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and compliance requirements in financial reporting.
