We are looking for a motivated Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience.
Candidates with Outsourcing or Temp Staffing experience will be given preference.
Experience: 2+ years (UAE experience mandatory)
Preferred: Outsourcing recruitment background
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing).
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle documentation and compliance for selected candidates (especially for outsourcing roles).
Maintain accurate recruitment reports and trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
