• Leads a team of developers and subject matter experts to envision, prioritize and build digital government products

• Government technology and / or related product experience
• Intimate knowledge of data-processes and analytical use-cases
• Proven domain knowledge of standard concepts. practices, and procedures within the organisation HR and workforce planning
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing digital HR solutions
• Proven ability to understand and prioritize user needs and development backlog
• Proven ability to take full ownership of the workstream, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Skilled in structuring and decomposing to enable effective solution development and implementation
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and domain experts
• Effective collaboration, experience in leading teams working with Scrum/Agile & task tracking
