Dermazone Laser & Cosmetic Center is looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and SEO optimization to join our growing digital team in the UAE.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain applications with React.js & Node.js

Implement SEO best practices (SSR, SSG, React Helmet, schema markup)

Build scalable back-end solutions (Node.js, Express, SQL/NoSQL)

Optimize site performance (code splitting, lazy loading, caching, image optimization)

Create mobile-first, responsive UIs for great UX & SEO ranking

Monitor SEO with Google Analytics, Search Console & SEO tools

Collaborate with the team using Git/GitHub/GitLab

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of professional full-stack experience

Strong skills in React.js, Node.js, Express & modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Familiarity with Redux/Context API and component-based architecture

Proven experience in SSR, SSG, SEO optimization

Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.)
