The ideal candidate will have:
11+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years as a Scrum Master
Proven track record of leading 3–4 Scrum teams using Agile methodology and practices
Expertise in removing impediments, conflict resolution, and team coaching
Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and collaborate with Product Owners
Hands-on experience in planning and driving Scrum implementations
Strong knowledge in tracking & reporting: Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Burn down, Work allocation, Team Mood, Action items & Quality matrix
Experience managing Scrum ceremonies as well as other stakeholder meetings
Ownership of Sprint Planning and Project Management activities (Project Plan, Scheduling & Cost Management)
