Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience in Java (Java EE) and Python development

Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services (Lambda, EC2, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, VPC)

Strong knowledge of microservices, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)

Experience with DevOps tools including Terraform, Ansible/Chef/Puppet, CloudFormation

Strong background in software architecture, RESTful APIs, OAuth2, messaging systems (Kafka, JMS)

Experience with databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, including complex SQL queries and schema design

AWS Certifications at Associate or Professional level (Solution Architect, DevOps Engineer)

Proven leadership and mentoring skills in agile, collaborative environments

Nice to Have:

Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Security, Batch, Hibernate)

Familiarity with cloud-native observability and monitoring tools

Exposure to API gateways like Kong and load balancers such as F5

Hands-on experience with code versioning tools (Git, Azure Repo, Bitbucket)

Strong problem-solving and system thinking mindset
