The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HSE management within the oil & gas industry, with hands-on experience in implementing ADNOC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain HSE management systems aligned with ADNOC & regulatory requirements

Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are in place

Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, UAE regulations & international best practices

Develop and deliver HSE training & awareness programs

Requirements:

Proven HSE Engineer experience in Oil & Gas sector

Strong knowledge of HSE principles, ADNOC standards & UAE regulatory frameworks

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to develop and implement HSE strategies effectively
