Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to support the Finance and Operations Team. This role will combine procurement activities with strong document management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, ensure compliance with policies, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and legal teams. A strong understanding of UAE’s Vendor market and events Ecosystem is a plus.

Required Background:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
· Proven experience (2–4 years) in procurement coordination, document control, or supply chain roles.
· Familiarity with procurement policies, contract management, three-way matching, and document control systems.
· Knowledge of UAE market vendors, suppliers, and industry-related events.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and compliance orientation.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics 365 Business central ERP/procurement systems, and contract management tools.
