Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate logistics operations including marine transport, warehousing & distribution.

Ensure compliance with UAE & international regulations (customs, HSE, maritime).

Act as a TDRA liaison, ensuring telecom & digital government equipment comply with TDRA licensing guidelines.

Oversee customs & shipping documentation with accuracy.

Lead, coach, and manage a logistics team to maintain high performance.

Manage third-party vendors & logistics service providers, ensuring KPIs are met.

Implement inventory control, risk management, and supply chain optimization strategies.

Drive process improvements & automation to reduce cost and enhance service efficiency.

Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, clients, vendors & regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Oil & Gas / Marine / Trading companies.

Strong knowledge of logistics compliance & TDRA regulations.

MS365 proficiency is desirable.

Leadership skills with experience managing logistics teams.
