Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations – receiving, storage, and dispatch

Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits

Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff (pickers, packers, forklift operators, clerks)

Ensure compliance with company and legal health & safety standards

Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for efficiency

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales for smooth order fulfillment

Manage timely loading/unloading of shipments with proper documentation

Analyze KPIs, generate reports, and drive continuous process improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)

Minimum 5 years’ experience as Warehouse Manager/Supervisor in retail/fashion

Strong leadership & people management skills

Proficient in inventory management systems & MS Office

Knowledge of safety & compliance standards

Forklift license/certification (preferred)
